Parents / guardians accountability
YOUR KIDS HAVEN'T SEEN YOUR BEST YET.
You put everyone else first. Somewhere along the way, you stopped making time for yourself.
Remember that version of you?
YOU WERE A SAVAGE.
F45, gymnastics, football, rugby, the gym, boxing—you had energy, strength and something that was yours.
Your kids might only know the tired version. They haven't seen what you're capable of yet.

FROM THIS. BACK TO THIS.
Not a promise of perfection. A visible target—and the choice to keep turning up.

The goal
It matters
LOOKING AFTER YOURSELF IS PART OF LOOKING AFTER THEM.
Show them that getting older doesn't mean giving up on yourself. That good food, movement and rest matter. That strength is worth building—for your body, your mind and the life you want to live.
Start where you are. Make time. Let them see you turn up, struggle, improve and keep going. You don't have to be in your prime to set a powerful example.
For the grown-ups holding it all together
AT YOUR WITS END? NOT WITH WIIT.
Teenagers, work, a house that never stops. That's what WIIT is for—you create the community, you choose who's in, and everyone carries a bit of it with you.
LET'S GET ACTIVE AGAIN.
And work towards the best versions of ourselves, together.
